In short: you can cancel any time, and if you change your mind within 14 days of buying a plan, you get all your money back — just click “Withdraw from contract” in your account.

2. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded, which is the day you completed payment for the plan (including the start of a €3 trial).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — SC SITEMILE SRL, Str. Vasile Bideac nr. 4A, Chitila, Ilfov County, Romania, email info@buildaresume1.com — of your decision by a clear statement. The easiest way is the “Withdraw from contract” function in your account; you can also send an email or a letter, or use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired. If you use the online function or email, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you under it without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. Your paid access ends when the withdrawal is processed; your account and resumes are kept, and you can continue using the free features.
By law we could deduct an amount for the days you already used. We choose not to: you receive a full refund, including the €3 trial fee.
4. Renewals
The 14-day right applies to a new subscription. Regular renewal payments of an existing subscription (for example the second month or second year) are not covered by the right of withdrawal. To avoid them, cancel before the renewal date — we send a reminder before a trial turns into a paid subscription. If you were charged by mistake, or a renewal happened although you cancelled in time, contact us and we will refund it.
5. Other refunds
- Service problems: if the service does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a price reduction or refund under the legal guarantee of conformity.
- Double charges or billing errors: refunded in full.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
